The company is primarily engaged in the manufacture and supply of folding paperboard boxes. It is involved in converting paperboard into folding paperboard boxes without manufacturing and marketing paper and paperboard. It was incorporated in December of 1995. The company has a registered office located in Arganda del Rey in Madrid, Spain. The company is a subsidiary of Tetra Laval Holdings B.V., a holding company primarily engaged in the management and administration of its subsidiaries and affiliates. Tetra Laval Holdings B.V. provides group planning and strategy, exercises financial control over its subsidiaries, settles their general policy and appoints their top managements, as well as provides central services.
